1. General Provisions and Acceptance

2.4 Account Transfer Prohibited

Your xck33 account is strictly personal. Selling, transferring, or allowing another person to use it is completely prohibited.

3. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

xck33 is for users aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform.

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account at xck33. We may request a copy of your national ID card, passport, or birth certificate at any time to verify your age.

If the required documents for identity verification are not submitted, the withdrawal process from the account may be temporarily suspended. Until identity is confirmed, xck33 reserves the right to restrict any transaction for security purposes.

If a person creates an account using a false age or identity, all funds in that account will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at xck33 is ৳200 (two hundred taka). This limit applies equally to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and such transactions may be subject to investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 10 to 45 minutes after verification. In urgent cases or due to security checks, this timeframe may be longer.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. The deposit method and withdrawal method must match.

Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure that all active conditions, including bonus wagering, have been met. Withdrawal requests will be declined if wagering is incomplete.

4.3 Transaction Verification

xck33 reserves the right to suspend and investigate any suspicious transaction. If money laundering or fraudulent activity is proven, the relevant funds will be forfeited and law enforcement authorities may be notified.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at xck33 receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; depositing ৳6,000 gives a ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit) for a total balance of ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus funds only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, the wagering requirement will be ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000. Only after placing this amount in bets will winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

If a withdrawal is attempted before wagering is complete, the bonus balance will be cancelled. Bets placed on specified games count toward fulfilling the wagering requirement.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

  • A bonus can only be claimed once per account.
  • Bonuses cannot be claimed using third-party accounts.
  • Attempting to collect bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.
  • Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts will be considered fraud.
  • xck33 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in the immediate closure of the account and all funds may be forfeited.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

In the following circumstances, xck33 may temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account without prior notice:

  • Violation of any provision of these terms.
  • Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
  • Instructions from legal authorities or a court order.
  • Account inactivity (no activity for an extended period of time).

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. It is your responsibility to fulfil all bonus conditions and withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

xck33 does not accept responsibility for the following:

  • Any issues during a game caused by an internet connection failure.
  • Losses caused by problems with the user's device or software.
  • Delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers.
  • Account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
